AI That Implements Your Client's Feedback, Not Just Summarises It

Most “AI” features in client-feedback tools stop at summarising. They group your client’s comments into tidy themes and hand you a list. Useful, but you still have to open the builder and make every change yourself. The work didn’t go away, it just got a nicer summary.

Reviso Cloud AI makes the change

Reviso Cloud takes a different approach. When your client pins a comment on the live page, you can connect your own AI assistant to read that feedback across your sites, draft replies, and implement the change directly in Bricks. “Make this heading bigger and move it above the image” becomes an actual edit on the page, not another task on your to-do list.

  • Reads client feedback across all your connected sites
  • Drafts replies to comments
  • Implements the change directly in Bricks
  • Takes a revertable snapshot before every edit

Availability: Reviso Cloud AI is in Beta, it currently implements changes in Bricks, and you connect your own AI assistant (bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key). There’s no AI subscription and no metered credits, so you control usage and cost.

Why the snapshot matters

AI that edits your site is only useful if you stay in control. Reviso takes a revertable snapshot before every edit, so you can let it take the first pass and roll back anything you don’t want. You review, you don’t redo.

Aren’t other tools doing this too?

Some are starting to. Atarim can apply changes inside page builders as well, and it supports more of them than we do today. Most other tools in this category, including BugHerd, Marker.io, Usersnap, Userback and SureFeedback, still stop at analysis, triage or handing work off to a separate coding agent.

So the honest question isn’t only whether the AI can make the change. It’s where it runs and who holds your clients’ data. Reviso is a WordPress plugin: the feedback lives in your own database, on your own server, and the AI runs on your own API key. There’s no cloud account required to hold your clients’ comments, and no per-seat billing as your team grows. For agencies with confidentiality or GDPR obligations, that difference is structural, not a feature comparison.

Where it fits in the review loop

This sits on top of the review workflow you already know: the client pins feedback with no login, you resolve it, and you close with a signed, timestamped sign-off record. Reviso Cloud AI removes the manual middle step for the changes it can handle, so more of each round closes itself. See how client feedback works, or the plans.

The bigger picture

Collecting feedback is a solved problem. Summarising it is table stakes. Implementing it, on infrastructure you control, is the part that still eats your evening.
