White-label

White-label — branding the review portal (Pro)
Replace “Reviso” with your agency name on the client-facing review experience.
What gets re-branded
- The reviewer landing page (logo, agency name, accent colour)
- The comment overlay sidebar in review mode
- Notification email From name + footer
- Approval certificate header
What’s NOT re-branded: the WP-admin interface (that’s still labelled “Reviso” — your client never sees that anyway), and the small “Powered by Reviso” footer on the reviewer landing (removable on Agency tier).
Setting it up
- WP-admin → Reviso → Settings → White Label
- Enable the master toggle.
- Set:
- Agency name — replaces “Reviso” wherever it appears to clients
- Logo (builder) — shown in the comment overlay sidebar. SVG or PNG, ideally 24px tall, transparent background. Light-on-dark works best (Bricks builder is dark themed).
- Logo (front-end review portal) — shown on the reviewer landing. Light-on-dark variant — the landing has a dark sidebar.
- Logo (general) — fallback used in emails and the approval certificate.
- Primary brand colour — used for pins, buttons, the progress bar on the reviewer landing.
- Text colour — overlays on top of the brand colour. Defaults to white.
- Save.
The change applies immediately — open a review link in a private browser window to see the client view.
Per-review override (Agency)
Agency tier lets you override the brand per-review (useful if you’re running concurrent projects for different end-clients):
- Reviews → [your review] → Edit → Branding override → upload a different logo + colour for just this review.
Reviewers in that review see the override; everyone else sees your default.
Powered-by footer
The reviewer landing has a small “Powered by Reviso” link in the footer.
- Pro tier: can’t remove (we appreciate the visibility — it’s how new agencies find us).
- Agency tier: removable via Settings → White Label → Hide “Powered by” footer.
Tips
- Logo size: export at 2× the display size for HiDPI screens. 48px tall PNG, displayed at 24px, looks crisp on retina.
- Colour contrast: if your brand colour is light, set the text colour to a dark value (or vice versa). Reviso doesn’t auto-correct contrast.
- Email From address: combine white-label with a custom From address in Notifications (Pro) to send emails from
feedback@youragency.cominstead ofwordpress@clientsite.com.
