What’s new in Reviso. Newest releases first.

• Fixed: creating a review from the New review screen could fail on the final step with a network error. Creating single-page and multi-page reviews from the review screen works again.
• Improved: if a review cannot be saved, the screen now shows the specific reason instead of a generic error.

• Fixed: Reviso now appears correctly in the Bricks builder toolbar on Bricks 2.4.
• Fixed (privacy): a reply on a thread that was later made internal is no longer emailed to a client who isn’t part of the team.
• Improved: the on-page comment panel is now fully translatable, with completed German, Spanish and French translations.
• Improved (Pro): the email digest can now be scheduled for a specific time of day and chosen days of the week.

• Fixed: The admin-bar “Loading quick review…” panel could spin forever on some themes (notably Divi). It now loads reliably wherever the admin bar appears, regardless of how the theme orders its scripts.
• Fixed (page caching): On sites using W3 Total Cache, reviewers could be served a cached copy of the page without the feedback overlay, so a share link looked like it did nothing. Active review sessions now bypass W3 Total Cache’s page cache correctly.
• Improved: Broader full-page-cache compatibility for reviewer sessions, covering W3 Total Cache, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, WP Super Cache, Cache Enabler and SiteGround Optimizer.

• New: A review can now close itself to new comments once the client marks it finished, with a one-click reopen whenever you need it.
• Fixed (Elementor): The feedback toolbar, pins and comment box could be hidden inside the Elementor editor. They now appear correctly again.
• Fixed (Gutenberg): Turning comments off from the editor’s top-bar button now fully exits comment mode, instead of leaving clicks placing hidden pins.
• Fixed: Reactivating a closed, expired or finished review now reliably reopens it for new comments.

• New: Review links now work on sites in maintenance or coming-soon mode. Send a client a link and they land straight on the page to leave feedback, with no login and without taking the whole site live for everyone. Works with both the Bricks and Elementor maintenance modes, and the site stays private to the public: only your valid review links get through.

• Fixed: On sites running sliders, auto-rotating tabs or other scripts that trigger clicks automatically, the comment box could jump to the top-left corner. Reviso now responds only to genuine clicks, so it stays where you put it.
• Fixed: The in-plugin “What’s New” notice now renders its formatting correctly instead of showing raw markup.

• New: Reviso now works on any WordPress site – native to Bricks, Elementor and the Gutenberg block editor.

• Sharper screenshots – a new capture engine renders through the browser itself: modern CSS, web fonts and even background videos now capture correctly, at full Retina resolution.
• A friendlier welcome – instead of the comment panel auto-opening over the page, first-time reviewers get a small tooltip pointing at the Feedback button. Once they’ve found it, it never nags again.
• The builder panel grew up – it now docks beside Bricks’ Structure panel (with a dock/float toggle), remembers being open across page hops, stays out of your way while editing, and got a big declutter: clearer Resolve button, a simple “Resolved” switch, tidier cards.
• Faster commenting – comments post instantly; the screenshot attaches itself moments later.
• Review unpublished pages – clients can review and sign off drafts through their private link before anything goes live.
• Cache-proof review links – links bypass all major caching plugins automatically, so clients always see the live review.
• Security hardening – revoking a review link now cuts off access everywhere, immediately.
• Plus: edit your own comments, near-live comment updates, client-viewed receipts, per-person comment colours, and a one-time name prompt for shared agency logins.

The free plugin is now approved and hosted on the WordPress.org plugin directory – install it from your dashboard, with automatic updates. As part of the approval we restructured the free/Pro split: everything paid now lives entirely in the Pro add-on, and client approvals (timestamped sign-off records + approval emails) are confirmed free, forever – only the PDF certificate is Pro. Also new and free: “Coalesce bursts”, which batches rapid-fire comment notifications into a single email.

Licence management and white-label admin tooling now ship entirely inside Pro, plus compatibility updates. Requires the free plugin 1.0.6+.
