Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Reviso for Bricks. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and does not limit any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the Fair Trading Act, or other mandatory consumer protections in your country that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid purchase of a Reviso plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase, for any reason. We will cancel the associated license and process the refund.
2. How to request a refund
Email ben@getreviso.io from the address used at purchase, including your order number or license key. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our payment provider.
3. Payments & processing
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any sales tax/VAT/GST collected is refunded together with the purchase price where applicable.
4. Renewals
Subscription renewal payments are not refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date — you will keep access until the end of the paid period. We may, at our discretion, refund a renewal charged within the last few days if you forgot to cancel; contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
5. Founder / lifetime / early-bird purchases
Founder, lifetime, and early-bird purchases are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days these one-time purchases are non-refundable, as the licensed software (GPL code) is delivered immediately.
6. The free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so no refund applies. You can stop using it at any time.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your license while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles) or breach of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this section overrides your non-excludable consumer rights.
